Our AI validates every photo before generating. Share these simple rules with your team to avoid rejections.

Upload your photo
Click the upload area or drag and drop a photo. A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting gives the best results.

Choose a style
Browse the style strip at the bottom. For passport photos, pick your country. For headshots, pick a background or look.

Adjust settings
Choose your output resolution and aspect ratio on the right panel. Higher resolution is recommended for print or official documents.

Generate
Click the Generate button. The AI will process your photo and return a result in roughly 15–30 seconds.
- Credits are only deducted on success
- If it fails, try again — no charge on failure
- Generation typically completes in 15–30 seconds. During peak hours this may take slightly longer.
Download
Your result appears in the main view. Click the Download button to save the full-resolution image to your device.

Produces government-compliant ID photos for UK, US, EU, Canada, Australia, India, and more — built to ICAO Doc 9303, UK Home Office, and US Department of State specifications. The AI follows official size, background, and expression rules for each country.

Frequently asked questions
Are my photos stored?
Yes — your generated outputs are saved in your History tab for up to 90 days so you can re-download at any time. Uploaded source photos are not stored permanently.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
My photo was rejected — why?
Our system checks that your face is clearly visible before generating. Common reasons: sunglasses, hat, face partially cropped, or you submitted a cartoon/illustration instead of a real photo.
Can I use a group photo?
For passport and headshot features, use a solo photo. Background Replace works with group photos.
Do passport photos meet official requirements?
The AI is trained on official government specifications (ICAO Doc 9303, UK Home Office, US DoS, etc.) and produces compliant output. However, final acceptance is always at the discretion of the issuing authority. For critical documents, verify against the latest official guidelines.
What happens if a generation doesn't meet my needs?
Credits are deducted only on a successful generation. If the generation fails on our side, no credits are charged. We don't offer refunds for successful generations, but unused credits carry over indefinitely — so you can simply adjust your photo or settings and try again.
Can I use a religious head covering?
Yes. Hijab, turban, kippah, dupatta, and other religious or cultural head coverings are accepted as long as the full face (forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, chin) is clearly visible.
How do I get more credits?
Once logged in, navigate to Credits in your dashboard to purchase a top-up package. Credits are added instantly after payment.
